From elaborate banquets to a lecture series or business presentation, Hyatt Fairfax at Fair Lakes offers a versatile array of Northern Virginia meeting venues to suit your event perfectly. Your experienced meeting planner will work with you to ensure a smooth handling of all your requirements, including a room set up exactly as you wish. Treat clients and colleagues alike to something different and book one of our impressive Fairfax meeting rooms today.
Commonwealth Ballroom
This gracious ballroom, our largest event space, offers over 4,000 square feet of column-free space. Scenic murals add warm color to this welcoming room, while high ceilings and unobtrusive chandeliers allow you to fully utilize any audio-visual components you like without interference. Choose a theater-style set up for 400 industry colleagues to introduce a new product, or a classroom set up for 250.  This magnificent room is ideal for hosting a grand banquet for 350, or perhaps a themed reception for 450 guests. Commonwealth can also be divided into three separate areas, to hold break out sessions or coffee breaks.  Include the adjoining pre-function space as a registration area or for a pre-meeting continental breakfast.
Virginia Suites - Shenandoah, Blue Ridge, Potomac
Each of these three mid-sized rooms offers a beautiful view from floor-to-ceiling windows, and doors opening onto a spacious patio.  Utilize each one separately to host a seminar for 28 in a hollow square or 50, classroom style.  The ideal location across from the ballroom and adjoining a large pre-function area make these three spaces perfect to use for overflow, or to host an international lunch buffet with a different country featured in each room.
Boardrooms - Woodlawn, Dominion A, Dominion B
Select one of these executive boardrooms for smaller, upscale meetings.  Elegantly styled with classic boardroom tables and comfortable club seating, these permanently set boardrooms can host up to 20 attendees.
Outdoor Patios
Two welcoming patios offer fresh alternatives to an indoor reception.  Each patio can host up to 200 guests.  Host a memorable gathering, or give meeting attendees a unique break to designed to invigorate and refresh.
Lobby Atrium
Our stunning atrium lobby provides a dramatic setting for banquets and receptions. Enjoy mingling with your guests, surrounded by beautiful plants and natural sunlight. This inviting space can accommodate up to 400 for a seated banquet, or 600 for a classic reception.
